By receiving text messages (SMS) from Book That Truck LP, you agree to the following terms:
Service Description
Book That Truck LP sends text messages to the food-truck operators in its programs: shift confirmations, schedule changes, open-shift notices, reminders, and program updates. These are operational messages, not marketing or promotional messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies with your schedule and shift activity. A truck working several shifts a week should expect several texts a week, plus time-sensitive notices.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-In
You consent to receive these messages by signing a Book That Truck vendor guide or agreement that includes the SMS notice, by acknowledging the SMS notice in Connecteam, or by enrolling at bookthattruck.com/sms-consent. Your mobile number is enrolled from the contact information you provide at onboarding and keep current in the Book That Truck Directory.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Opting out does not change your obligation to confirm every shift in Connecteam; time-sensitive notices will then reach you by email and Connecteam only. To re-enroll, reply START.
